I come from a 14-year swimming background while also being a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete. Five years ago, I ventured into bodybuilding to enhance my athletic abilities, and I quickly excelled in it. Though my original goal was to focus solely on cardio, I developed a deep passion for bodybuilding. I set specific, time-bound goals for myself, aiming to reach them with both efficiency and effectiveness. This journey requires patience and persistence, pushing myself and my physique with each session, day by day, in pursuit of greatness.
